Kenneth A. Reich has a national practice with extensive experience in complex environmental matters, including litigation, and energy project development for sophisticated clients. An Of-Counsel to the firm is a very experienced natural gas and FERC lawyer who has represented major utility companies. The law firm has a national network of lawyers and consultants that provide the resources to handle a broad range of matters.

Mr. Reich has had a career that included both service in the public sector and in the private sector. He spent seven years in the U.S. Department of Justice Environmental Enforcement Section as a trial attorney, then Assistant Chief where he handled and supervised government litigation across the country under all of the major federal environmental statutes.

Following his service at the Department of Justice, Mr. Reich has been in international, national and regional law firms, has been the co-chair of environmental departments and active in the energy departments of several of these firms and has concentrated his practice in environmental law and energy law, while also providing other legal services to his clients. He is published regularly in environmental and energy journals and speaks frequently at conferences and symposia. He is an adjunct faculty at the Boston University School of Law where he teaches environmental law, energy law and alternative dispute resolution.
